At Harmony Thai Wellness, we are dedicated to delivering a refined, tranquil, and professional experience for every client. The following policies are designed to ensure the highest standard of care, respect for time, and a seamless environment for all.

Appointments & Arrival

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to unwind and prepare for your session.

Arriving late may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s appointment. Full service fees will still apply.

Booking & Deposits

To secure your appointment, a deposit or card on file may be required at the time of booking.

This allows us to reserve your time and maintain availability for all clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of service fee

  • Same-day cancellations: 100% of service fee

This policy ensures fairness and allows us to accommodate other clients.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for all future bookings.

Payment

We accept major forms of payment for your convenience.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prepaid.

Health & Safety

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or areas of concern prior to your session.

Massage therapy is intended for wellness and relaxation purposes only and is not a substitute for medical care.

Professional Boundaries & Conduct

Harmony Thai Wellness maintains a strictly professional environment.

Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in:

  • Immediate termination of the session

  • Full charge for the scheduled service

  • Refusal of future service

Spa Etiquette

To preserve a serene environment:

  • Please silence mobile devices

  • Speak softly in shared spaces

  • Respect the quiet experience of other clients

Personal Belongings

We recommend leaving valuables at home. Harmony Thai Wellness is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-redeemable for cash

  • Valid until the expiration date listed

Prices, services, and policies are subject to change without notice.

Right to Refuse Service

Harmony Thai Wellness reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
