Booking & Cancellation Policy
To provide every guest with a seamless and elevated experience, Harmony Thai Wellness kindly requests advance notice for appointment changes.
Appointment Reservation
A valid credit card may be required to reserve certain appointments, packages, or specialty treatments.
Cancellation Notice
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service amount.
Late Arrival
Guests arriving late may receive an abbreviated treatment time to avoid disrupting subsequent reservations. Full service charges may still apply.
Refund Policy
Services rendered are non-refundable.
Retail product returns, if offered, must be unopened and accompanied by proof of purchase within applicable return windows.
Respectful Environment
Harmony Thai Wellness maintains a professional therapeutic environment. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of service and refusal of future bookings.
